1. Adjustment of surface covering By adjusting the important parameters of the burner surface covering or using a combination of multiple coverings, the burner performance can be optimized in a targeted manner. For example: the customized K2000/180-ULT, based on the original conventional metal fiber fabric K1400, has enhanced the anti-flashback performance of the surface fabric, which is suitable for a variety of combustion scenarios with higher requirements for anti-flashback.
2. Design of air distribution hole metal plate By adjusting the hole type of the burner air distribution plate once, the problems of flame distribution, blockage, combustion resonance, and poor ignition in the application can be solved. For example: the special three-dimensional structure hole can improve the dust passing rate and the dust holding rate of the covering, and extend the maintenance cycle of the metal fiber burner.
3. Design of the appearance structure By adjusting the structure of the burner, the inapplicability of the original traditional cylindrical and flat burners in some heat exchange systems can be solved.
