Copper fiber is a special fiber with large specific surface area and good flexibility made from copper wire through complex processes such as surface treatment, bundling, drawing, and electrochemical separation.
Performance characteristics:
As a new type of material, copper fiber has both the inherent advantages of metallic copper itself and the characteristics of fiber materials, such as high electrical and thermal conductivity, adjustable catalytic ability, low melting point, and soft texture.
Application direction
Copper fiber is blended with polyester and other chemical fibers to form conductive yarn, which is currently widely used to prepare composite electromagnetic shielding materials; copper fiber is used to make non-woven fabrics, which are high-end products in special fields.
